A pleasure, wish I could write more often here! I guess Faldo will be a popular choice with the British, but I just wonder if he's rubbed a few people up the wrong way over the years. Then again, Gary Player has surely done so and he gets the call every year!
I feel Langer may edge Faldo in the 'respected gentleman' stakes. He's also continued to play (and very well!) the Masters long after his prime, unlike Faldo. Maybe that doesn't count for anything though. Who knows, maybe we'll see both of them teeing it up together one day if there's room for two non-Americans in the party?
If we want to talk Europeans, I think Faldo lacks the sentimental pull of Olazabal or the universal respect of Langer...I guess they can be as whimsical as they like about this though, so let's wait and see!

Either Langer or Faldo would be good European choices. And they were multiple winners.
