Sadly from what I understand so far of this framework agreement is this will be a case PGA Tour+ rather than a full LIV world tour vibe (it looks like they're probably going to mothball LIV entirely and fold back into PGA). We will see but don't get your hopes up for a big change for a global world tour...
Yeah, there are so many ways to interpret the whole thing. I might be being optimistic on a world tour but safe to say that all the top guys are likely to be in one place again. Rory reckoned in his presser today that LIV will be the one disappearing, and this is going to be the PGA Tour deciding how the Saudi Public Investment Fund money is spent. All seems a bit too simple to be true, that...but maybe history will show that LIV was only ever a Mickelson-led conspiracy to get the PGA Tour to change its ways and beef up its bank balance. Time will tell. The only certainty is some lawyers have gotten rich(er) one way or another!
